Streamline pallet unloading with high accuracy
The GEA Depalletizer Velox is designed to meet the demands of medium to high-speed pallet unloading. This system features a vertical lift pallet unloading structure, ensuring quick and precise transfer of product layers from pallets. With operations controlled by encoders, the Velox provides extremely accurate positioning throughout the unloading process. The pallet lift consists of four painted carbon steel columns with 1” lifting chains for robust performance. A trolley-type pushing unit shifts product layers onto the transfer table, driven by polyurethane toothed belts, enhancing speed with minimal impact damage. The unit includes a pneumatically tilting rear bar to further increase production speed. Multiple layer-pad removal devices are available for versatile application. The Velox uses belt transmission to minimize noise and reduce lubrication requirements, allowing for simple configuration and easy maintenance access. The motor-gear reducer drive unit is controlled via an inverter for smooth operation.
