Industrial crossflow filters with ceramic membranes

In sectors such as winemaking, foodstuffs, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals, efficient filtration of liquids is critical. High flow rates and clarity requirements often necessitate robust filtration systems that can handle large volumes and deliver consistent results.

Automate high-capacity filtration

The CFK-I crossflow filters with ceramic membranes, provided by Della Toffola, offer an industrial-scale solution for high-volume filtration needs. These filters are built on the reliable technology of the CFK-N model but are designed for larger scale operations. They feature highly durable ceramic membranes with different porosity levels, ensuring flexibility for various applications. These membranes provide superior wear resistance and can endure high temperatures and aggressive chemicals, making them suitable for a range of industrial processes. The system is entirely automated, managing filtering cycles and cleaning automatically. Through an intuitive touchscreen interface, operators can control the filter by setting just two parameters. Additionally, the system offers optional remote control via an internet-connected device. With filtering surface areas ranging from 85 to 680 m², the CFK-I filters can also be extended with up to nine filters in series to meet the highest flow rate demands.

Benefits

  • Handles very high flow rates
  • Automated process minimizes manual intervention
  • Durable ceramic membranes for diverse applications
  • Remote control capabilities
  • Customizable filter sizes and configurations
