With a modern design and multi-layer insulation for reduced heat loss, this toaster ensures optimal efficiency. The new Tube Sheet Removal System simplifies cleaning and reduces downtimes by allowing all tube sheets to be removed and reinstalled from the outside. Available in models such as the COF-1076 and COF-2076, it supports capacities of up to 1,000 kg/h and 2,000 kg/h respectively and operates at temperatures between 230-300°C. It utilizes natural gas or LPG for heating and features an efficient Particle Removal System (PRS) to maintain product quality. Made of stainless steel, the 2-zone toaster is built to withstand the demands of industrial cereal production, ensuring consistent results with minimal maintenance.
