The Alvak is an in-line mixer designed to directly introduce solids into the liquid stream, ensuring thorough blending. It features a mixing head that can handle solids concentrations up to 80% and product viscosities from low to medium. With a solid flow rate of up to 15,000 kg/h and a liquid mix flow rate up to 90,000 l/h, the Alvak meets high-capacity requirements in industries including food, chemical, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. It offers multiple feeding options such as manual feeding using sacks, or automatic feeding from big-bags or rotary valves. Designed for ergonomic operation with movable hoppers, it allows easy cleaning and minimal maintenance. Vak Kimsa supplies the Alvak with additional components for dispersion, high-shear mixing, or grinding, and automation options including pneumatic valves and independent PLC control.
