This system features automatic flow calibration, recipe storage, and touch screen controls for ease of use. Additionally, it supports Clean-In-Place (CIP) cleaning, ensuring minimal downtime for maintenance. Optional features include a premix system for mixing key ingredients like egg powder and sugar, and an inline mixer for adding starch paste and particulates. The solution is versatile, suitable for batch production of up to 3000 litres, making it ideal for large-scale operations.
