Hygienic filling system for short shelf life milk
In the beverage industry, ensuring the hygienic filling of fresh, sensitive, and cold-chain distributed beverages poses a significant challenge. Frequent product changeovers and minimizing product waste during these transitions are key issues faced by producers of short shelf-life milk.

Ensure hygienic filling with minimal waste
The GEA Aerobloc Filling System Fresh is an advanced solution developed by GEA for the hygienic filling of milk and other sensitive beverages. This system supports frequent product changeovers by minimizing product waste through an efficient recovery system during start-up, end of production, and changeovers. It operates at low to medium speed outputs and is designed for use with PET and HDPE containers. The system features a special Fillstar DX Aero filling module that can adapt to various requirements with different modules like a PET stretch-blow molding unit, an air rinser module, and a neck trimmer for HDPE containers. The hygienic cabin uses a top-down laminar flow of sterile air to maintain a slightly overpressured, clean environment. It supports both weight filling and volumetric filling, providing flexibility to meet market needs. The system can integrate customer cleaning fluids or use an embedded cleaning process within its compact layout.
