Maintain high temperatures in a clean room setting
The High Temperature Clean Room (HTCR) ovens by Carbolite Gero are designed to maintain stringent cleanliness standards while operating at high temperatures. These ovens come in sixteen standard models with chamber volumes ranging from 28 to 1000 litres and maximum temperatures of 400°C, 500°C, or 600°C. The HTCR ovens feature fully sealed low thermal mass insulation to avoid shedding fibers, a fully enclosed brushless fan motor, and a Carbolite Gero 301 controller with a single ramp to set-point and process timer. The smooth, easily cleaned gloss epoxy exterior and polished stainless steel sealed interior ensure that the ovens meet ISO 14644-1 Class 6 standards, and optionally Class 5. Additional features include perforated stainless steel shelves, a particle-free silicone rubber door seal, and membrane control panel with clear bright LED display. The double-skin construction ensures a safe outer case temperature, and over-temperature protection is available to safeguard valuable contents.
