Capable of producing up to 200 packets per minute, the system can handle filling weights ranging from 50 to 250 grams. Designed for flexibility, the MULTIPACK 7000 offers quick changeovers, with full adjustments taking less than 45 minutes. The machine employs servo-driven components for all critical operations, including dosing and wrapper feed, and uses corrosion-resistant materials in the filling area. The machine’s control is managed via a PLC system by Allen Bradley with a touch screen interface. It can accommodate various wrapping materials like aluminum laminated foil, plastic-coated papers, and PE foil, making it suitable for diverse packaging needs.
