The BLISTER X from ACG World is a next-generation flat-forming, rotary-sealing, continuous-motion high-output blister packaging system. Designed with large forming areas, it supports faster forming cycles and is completely servo-controlled for enhanced reliability and flexibility. Key features include three-stage heating with strict temperature control to reduce film shrinkage and ensure well-defined blister cavities. The servo-controlled forming allows for precise control, even for cold-form blisters. High-speed punching and servo-controlled blister dropping enhance output and integration with cartoning machinery. The system is capable of forming thermoformed and cold-form foil blisters with a maximum blister size of 276 mm x 220 mm and a forming depth of less than 12 mm.
