The BLISTER X, engineered by ACG, is a state-of-the-art continuous-motion blister packaging machine. Utilizing a sophisticated servo-controlled system, it excels in forming, sealing, and packing both cold-form and thermoform blisters efficiently. Designed with pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturers in mind, it simplifies the challenge of high-output production while maintaining superior blister quality. The system supports a broad range of applications, from cold and flu tablets to complex combi-packs like neuroprotective and cardiac health supplements. It operates at up to 55 thermoforming cycles per minute, backed by a large format area of 276 mm x 220 mm, to accommodate diverse packaging needs. Integration into existing lines is seamless, thanks to high-speed servo-controlled feeding and dropping mechanisms. Additionally, it guarantees precise print registration control and superior sealing with independently controlled rollers.
