High level infeed palletizer system

Efficiently managing high-speed packaging lines requires a solution to seamlessly automate the stacking of products on pallets. Challenges include maintaining stability of packages and maximizing throughput without compromising on precision.

Elevates and transfers product layers

The Agilis palletizer from GEA is designed to efficiently stack products with high level infeed and a vertical lift pallet loading system. It can be configured with single, double, or triple infeed, depending on production speed needs, and includes options for pack dividers or manipulators for greater stability. The machine’s structure features 5mm painted carbon steel columns and a counterbalanced lift system powered by a double motor with inverter and encoder control. Chains and high-resistance steel guide the lifting and lowering motion. The layer transfer uses double rotating bars, driven by motor gear reducers with inverter control, and self-centering, low-friction side compacting bars to adjust automatically to different patterns. Open access via a platform simplifies setup and maintenance. The Agilis palletizer manages up to 6 layers per minute.
