Inspect up to 400 containers per minute
The N Series from Marchesini is a single turret continuous motion inspection system capable of inspecting up to 400 glass containers per minute. It combines visual inspection and high voltage leak detection (HVLD) technologies. Equipped with 7 high-resolution cameras (2 Megapixels) and high-efficiency LED lights, it provides state-of-the-art visual inspection. The system’s recirculation feature allows double inspection of containers rejected by 1 or 2 cameras, reducing false rejection rates and guaranteeing optimal inspection results. The standard inspections include checks for extraneous particles, correct filling levels, with optional inspections for ring/cap color, product color, printing, glass defects, and plunger inspection. The system handles ampoules, vials, and cartridges ranging from 1 ml to 30 ml.
