Fruit processing and packaging line
In food production, handling large volumes of fruit efficiently while maintaining high product quality is essential. Manual processing often leads to high labor costs and inconsistencies in product quality. A semi-automatic system can optimize this process by ensuring uniformity and reducing labor requirements.

Cutting, disinfecting, and packaging fruit efficiently
The Fruit Processing and Packaging Line by KRONEN offers a comprehensive semi-automatic solution for efficient handling of fruits. It integrates multiple stages, including cutting, disinfecting, treating, dewatering, weighing, and packaging, ensuring high product quality and consistent results. The system can process up to 750 kg/h, making it suitable for medium-scale operations. The line accommodates various fruit types, including apples, pears, and quinces. Key components include the Tona Rapid cutting machine for precise slicing, the KDB 120 dipping bath for prolonging shelf life, and the HFDS 2500/600 belt dewatering system for effective moisture removal. Additionally, the line incorporates a flexible packaging solution from GKS Packaging, capable of handling bags up to 350 mm wide.
