The Flex-Bräu Brewhouse from Easybrau-Velo (Omnia Technologies) is a versatile brewing system available in configurations of 3 to 5 tuns, supporting batch sizes from 10 HL to 50 HL. Crafted from AISI 304/316 stainless steel, it accommodates various degrees of automation, allowing you to manage everything from malt grinding to the fermentation/maturation stages. A key feature is its wort recirculation process, which operates below the liquid level and uses bottom transfers to minimize oxidation. Energy savings are achieved through a boiling fumes condenser and cooling water recovery system. The system’s robust construction, coupled with minimal maintenance requirements, makes it an efficient choice for high-density beers up to 20°P. The brewing system also includes customized software for recipe management, production reports, and integration with remote-assistance features.
