Filtration skid for ethanol extraction of cannabis and hemp oil

In the cannabis and hemp oil industry, ethanol extraction methods often leave behind unwanted plant particles, pigments, and lipids. These impurities must be removed to achieve the desired clarity and color of the final product.

Achieve optimal clarity and color

The four-stage filtration skid from Delta Separations is designed for the ethanol extraction process in the cannabis and hemp oil industries. It cleans up plant particles, pigments, and lipids from your tincture using pre-filtration, particulate and haze removal, wax removal, decolorization, and final-stage fine particulate removal. The filtration skid is equipped with T-316L stainless steel housings and piping, an air-driven pump controlling the flow from 0-15 GPM, and a sight glass for color/clarity monitoring. You can use any filtration media required, such as activated carbon or magnesium silicate, within the impregnated lenticular filters. The filtration skid allows efficient processing in one assembly, is easy to clean, and offers customizable features like a stainless steel jacket for liquid heating or cooling and an explosion-proof electric motor if required.
