Capable of manufacturing up to 70 pods per minute, this single-block system offers high accuracy with a ± 0.2g precision in pod weight. The integrated screw dispensers are driven by a brushless servo motor, ensuring consistent production. The vertical packaging machine includes inert gas injection, maintaining product freshness. With options to produce both hard and soft pods and compatibility with the AST200 automatic casing machine and four corner seal bags (COLIBRì 4S), the Kikka is an adaptable and reliable solution for the coffee industry.
