It features a double-walled heated jacket that ensures stable product temperature, mitigating fat loss during extrusion. Programmable heat settings and adjustable auger speeds allow for fine-tuning to various cheese recipes. The extruder’s open channel frame design simplifies cleaning and maintenance, while an intuitive touchscreen interface facilitates easy operation. With a capacity of 680 kg/hour for single color extrusion and 545 kg/hour for two colors, this equipment optimizes both throughput and product quality.
