This cooler uses submerged water agitated cooling, which is more energy-efficient compared to other methods. It reduces cooling times by ensuring that the pouched product passes through the bacterial danger zone twice as fast as traditional cooling methods. The Hydro-Flow® agitation gently agitates the pouches, providing uniform cooling results. It supports multiple modes of operation—continuous, batch, or oscillating—giving it the flexibility to handle a range of pouch sizes. It also requires minimal maintenance and has controls mounted on the unit for easy installation. The cooler is available in 72-inch diameter units with lengths of 8 feet or 12 feet, suitable for various processing needs.
