By measuring the cheese production by weight, the dry-salter uses feedback to a salt dispenser, ensuring the precise amount of salt is evenly deposited via a vibratory pan. This system features load cells that accurately gauge the weight of the cheese, ensuring the correct dosing of salt to meet operator settings. Additionally, a heated vibrating conveyor eliminates condensation, maintaining free-flowing salt. The automatic salt supply system stores salt in a dedicated unit and delivers it via a vacuum line, ensuring reliable and safe filling without direct operator involvement.
