This mixer is equipped with a custom frame available in enclosed or hybrid open designs and constructed from sanitary stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning. The exclusive VerTech® refrigeration jacket and bowl design shorten mix times, keep doughs cooler, and prolong the bowl’s life. It features a hydraulic bowl tilt capable of forward or two-way tilting for efficient dough handling. Control is streamlined with a touch screen operator interface, PLC controls, and push-button operation. Optional features include a refrigerated agitator for maintaining dough temperature, load cells for precise ingredient measurement, and a clean-in-place system to reduce downtime. Capacity ranges from 600 lbs to over 3,200 lbs per batch, accommodating various production scales. Shaffer Mixers ensure compliance with industry standards, including UL, cUL, BISSC, ANSI, USDA, and CE.
