The MP Xtend™ by Sotax AG is a media preparation system designed to fast-track and standardize the preparation of dissolution mediums. The universal SmartFill™ dispensing head fits securely on any vessel type, allowing for accurate and repeatable filling at a central location or directly into dissolution baths. The system ensures consistent heating and degassing of the dissolution medium to USP-recommended levels, eliminating human error and variability. A large 16-litre tank capacity supports multiple dissolution runs, while the automated self-cleaning function validates the cleaning process, preventing cross-contamination. It offers full traceability with automatic protocoling of every step, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The system is equipped for heating and degassing of distilled ionized water, ready-to-use medium, and preparation with up to two concentrates.
