The BDS-R series disinfection transfer chamber from Shinva offers high transfer efficiency and thorough disinfection or sterilization of surfaces. It meets GMP requirements and includes factory and field test reports, as well as IQ/OQ/PQ validation solutions. The unit uses UV irradiation, disinfectant fogging, and hydrogen peroxide gas to kill ≥ 99.9% of microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, and spores in confined spaces and on surfaces. Available volumes range from 4000L to 6000L, with custom options. A programmable controller automates the disinfection cycles, and a touch screen sets process parameters. The chamber includes a Xenon UV lamp for rapid microorganism elimination, intelligent detection of hydrogen peroxide concentration, and self-purifying ventilation with pneumatic butterfly valves and a high-efficiency filter. The active expansion door sealing structure ensures excellent sealing, while multiple security functions and third-party certification by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention guarantee safety and effectiveness.
