Constructed entirely out of pearled stainless steel, it ensures top quality and durability. The flaking process takes between 6 to 13 minutes for 10 kilograms of chocolate, depending on the flake thickness. The machine includes built-in safety devices to protect operators from the sharp blades. Additionally, the CURL FLAKING MACHINE can be equipped with blades ranging from 1 to 4 centimeters, allowing for versatile chocolate decorations. It also features anti-static drawers for collecting chocolate flakes and operates on a single-phase power supply. Prefamac’s linear guiding system ensures the chocolate is not contaminated with oils or grease, maintaining the purity of the end product.
