The vat is built with a robust structure using 12-gauge 304 steel-clad sides and stainless steel in its liner construction, ensuring durability and compliance with 3A standards and USDA guidelines. It also includes wash-down duty motors and gearboxes, making cleaning simple and efficient. Touch-control buttons and dual operator pendants with sealed-touch automation buttons ensure sanitary operation. The system is equipped with an on-board PLC and HMI for local control and can integrate seamlessly with existing processes. Optional features such as an internal spray heating and cooling system and a whey recirculation system can further enhance production efficiency.
