Dual overlapped augers enable thorough mixing and stretching of curd, leveraging the natural roll-back effect. Additionally, a dimple pattern on the auger body minimizes sticking and simplifies cleaning, thereby eliminating the need for coatings. The system incorporates a dual heat exchange mechanism to maintain product quality by minimizing the risk of protein denaturation. Features like an automatic water fill system and a cream tank that recycles excess water to recover fats enhance its operational efficiency. Optional cyclone curd collectors can be added for better distance handling when conveying curd pneumatically.
