Controlled atmosphere oven for high-temperature applications

In industries where precise temperature control and the reduction of oxygen levels during heat treatment are crucial, traditional ovens may fall short. These situations typically require advanced solutions to achieve the desired atmosphere and maintain product integrity.

Maintains precise atmosphere control up to 700°c

The HTMA series by Carbolite Gero is designed for high-temperature operations in controlled atmospheres, up to 700°C. These ovens come with separate flow controls for purge and process gases, ensuring that once the chamber is purged of atmospheric air, process gases can be used at a lower flow rate. Switching between these gases can be done manually or via an optional automatic programmable control system. Oxygen levels can reach as low as 50 ppm, which is essential for processes requiring minimal oxidation. The HTMA series features a rear-mounted fan and side air guides for horizontal air distribution, and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel interior. Capacities range from 28 to 1000 liters, making it suitable for various industrial applications. The Carbolite Gero 301 controller allows for single ramp set-point and process timer, enhancing operational simplicity and accuracy.
