The Freezers from Soren Srl are specifically designed for producing various types of ice cream with capacities ranging from 20 l/h to 2300 l/h. Featuring a self-contained freon refrigeration unit or the option to connect to a freon/NH3 system, these freezers provide flexibility and efficiency. The freezers come with two types of dashers: a 30% open dasher for most frozen desserts and an 80% solid dasher for applications requiring stiffer ice cream. Additional features include stainless steel frames, chrome-plated nickel cylinders, and user-friendly automatic controls with a TFT color touchscreen. The equipment also supports precise control over temperature, viscosity, overrun, and cylinder pressure. Optional features, such as dasher speed regulator and remote air condensers, are available to further customize performance to specific needs. Soren ensures that their freezers are suitable for a central refrigeration plant connection, making them adaptable for large-scale industrial ice cream production.
