Continuous flow-wrapping system for high productivity

In high-volume production settings, maintaining a smooth and efficient packaging process can be challenging. Issues such as inconsistent wrapping speeds and mechanical breakdowns can disrupt the workflow, leading to increased downtime and reduced productivity.

Ensure consistent flow-wrapping at high speed

The COR-3 by Gasparin is designed for the continuous flow-wrapping of products in a high-productivity, continuous cycle. It offers an adjustable bag packaging speed of 80-90 units per minute, controlled by an inverter. The system includes three pairs of pneumatic closing wheels and features a pneumatic short/long step change, ensuring accurate and reliable operations. The fixed forming box and product loading inlet conveyor belt simplify the setup process. Equipped with an electric panel with centralized controls and electric emergency devices built to standards, the COR-3 guarantees user safety with a sturdy painted steel support structure and a plexiglass protection screen. Optional features include a print centering photocell unit, a printer, a double sealing jaw, and an alcohol sprayer system. It is suited for various industrial applications, with a maximum product length of 380mm and a height of 100mm, operating at a power of 4.5 Kw.
