The GEA Aquarius PopCooler F is a continuous cooling system designed for flat and 3D lollipops to ensure they maintain their shape and quality. The system transports wrapped lollipops from the forming machine via a closed modular plastic belt and uses ambient air for cooling, taking approximately 6 to 7 minutes. Available in two models, the Standard Capacity (SC) cools up to 600 lollipops per minute, and the High Capacity (HC) cools up to 1000 lollipops per minute. This cooling system guarantees 98% uptime due to its advanced technical design, minimizing maintenance costs. Additionally, all components meet strict hygiene standards and are protected against sugar dust. The GEA Aquarius PopCooler F is equipped with a control panel for manual starting of belts and fans.
