This coater utilizes a spray box through which the liquids are slowly mixed with the products, ensuring an even coating. It features a stainless or mild steel trough with a 50 mm thick insulated jacket, which helps stimulate the absorption of the liquid while avoiding contamination. The coater is equipped with hinged inspection hatches along the full length of the mixing trough to facilitate easy access for inspection and maintenance. Additionally, the coater can mix various liquids, including oils, fats, vitamins, and enzymes. Variable heating systems within the jacket enhance the efficiency of liquid absorption. The dosing systems for different liquids can be customized based on specific requirements.
