Produced by Memak, this equipment is capable of processing between 600 to 1,000 kg of chocolate per hour. With a main motor power of 75 kW running at 240 rpm and an additional transfer pump motor power of 1.5 kW, the total power usage is 76.5 kW. This continuous system ensures uniform texture and consistency, making it ideal for high-capacity chocolate production. Its streamlined operation helps minimize downtime and reduces the need for constant manual adjustments.
