The SECURECOAT 250 by ACG World is a containment tablet coater designed specifically for managing highly potent active pharmaceutical ingredients (HPAPIs) with OEB 4 compliance. Its contained product charging and discharging system uses bins and split valves to ensure complete containment and operator safety. The SECURECOAT 250 also features a vacuum-based sampling mechanism that allows contained sampling throughout the operation. The system’s uniquely designed baffles ensure effective tablet rolling, matching the mixing and coating efficiency of SMARTCOATER X•ONE baffles. It is equipped with strategically positioned washing nozzles and a wash-in-place (WIP) rack for easier cleaning. The ACG-exclusive X•ONE command and control system, compliant with ATEX, GAMP 5, and 21 CFR Part 11, offers secure, intuitive monitoring and control. The working volume ranges from 75 to 250 liters for tablets, accommodating batch sizes up to 250 liters.
