This system includes automatic loading, unitary muffin flow wrapping, transport systems, and vertical bagger machines. Starting with an anthropomorphic robot, muffins are loaded onto the infeed conveyor of flow pack wrappers. Two flow pack wrappers handle the unitary packaging of each muffin. Conveyor belts and a bucket elevator then transport these packages to combination multi-head weighers for multipack dosing. Finally, two vertical baggers complete the multipack process and deposit them onto rotating tables for operator pickup. This solution ensures efficient handling, accurate dosing, and minimizes manual intervention, leading to a streamlined packaging process.
