The system features a horizontal tank arrangement, which economizes space and simplifies logistics. Equipped with a mass flow meter, it maintains precise control over CO2 quantities, while a static mixer achieves uniform gas dispersion. The unit is designed for high levels of sanitation and easy cleaning, and it supports various capacities ranging from 12,000 to 66,000 liters per hour. Additional optional features include product cooling and oxygen measurement.
