The Combinex by Memak is an advanced baking oven designed to meet the specific needs of high-quality bread and pastry production. Compatible with Industry 4.0 standards, it features a PLC touchscreen control panel for easy operation. The oven boasts a stainless steel interior and exterior, independent automatic temperature and humidity control in the proofing chamber, and energy-saving technology through condensing ceramic resistance. Practical design elements include an internal aluminized Alusi sheet, an adjustable moisture balance with a manual air damper system, and static heating principles. It is built to accommodate 6 baking trays sized 40×60 cm and has a power supply requirement of 380 V, 50-60 Hz, 3 Phase, with an electric consumption of 15.5 kW.
