This system works with made-to-measure or pre-made bags from a reel, supporting both tape and hot melt execution. The unit uses patented smart film opening technology to ensure precise bag insertion, optimizing material usage. The automated film roll exchange offers continuous operation, accommodating 12kg rolls, while an easy format changeover mechanism requires only six adjustments. The system can handle diverse packaging sizes, running at a speed of up to 12 cartons per minute, depending on the box dimensions. With a single 15” HMI for user-friendly control, the CEFLEX-41 minimizes operational downtime and supports seamless integration into existing packaging lines.
