The MULTIFORM by MIMAC Italia is a versatile co-extruder designed to produce sweet and savory items with or without fillings. It handles products such as cream-filled biscuits, filled gnocchi, arancini, croquettes, and various patties. This solution can be paired with an automatic retractable belt device for unloading, enhancing its efficiency. With a 7” color touch screen, users can store up to 200 recipes, streamlining the production process. The machine’s diaphragm shutter kit allows for diverse product shapes. It features a horizontal plastic worm screw for dough feed and a vertical stainless steel worm screw for filling feed. The equipment is powered by electronic speed variators, ensuring precise control over dough extrusion, filling dosing, conveyor feed, and shutter operations. This co-extruder supports a dough hopper capacity of 15 liters and a filling hopper capacity of 7 liters. It measures 1270 x 770 x 1830 mm and weighs 185 kg.
