The liquid coating circulates continuously from the tank to the nozzles and dip tray, ensuring consistent application. Adjustable nozzles allow for a customizable coating curtain, which can be angled to achieve uniform coverage, even on irregularly shaped products. An extremely reliable positive pump, developed for pumping coatings, ensures seamless operation. For optimal results, it is recommended to use a Tetra PakĀ® After-Cooler after enrobing to further harden the coating.
