Efficiently separate milk and cream

The centrifugal separators from INOXPA are designed for use in the dairy industry to separate different components by density. These separators are highly efficient, allowing the separation of milk into cream and skimmed milk, and the removal of unwanted solids. The product enters a high-speed rotating bowl where centrifugal force separates components by density. Small particles are deposited out as the product passes through narrow spaces between discs. The higher density product exits via a side outlet, and the lighter product through a central outlet, both under pressure. Solids accumulating around the bowl edge are periodically removed. Key features include a control panel with VFD, PLC and an HMI touchscreen, as well as a water booster pump and low noise level. Optional accessories such as flow control, feed pump and valve, CIP system, and fat standardization unit are available.
