Centrifugal pump for high-pressure systems

Designed for high-pressure systems, this centrifugal pump ensures precise filtration and fluid handling, making it ideal for maintaining the purity and quality of sensitive liquids like milk, juice, and pharmaceuticals.

Processes High-Pressure Liquid Filtration and Purification

The GEA Hilge HYGIA H series, available in variants I, II, and III, is a high-pressure centrifugal pump engineered for industries requiring stringent hygiene and reliability standards, such as food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceuticals. This pump efficiently handles processes like membrane filtration, reverse osmosis, and nano filtration, accommodating a range of end products including milk, yogurt, and beer. With a system pressure tolerance of up to 64 bar and flow rates reaching 200 m³/h, the HYGIA H series integrates seamlessly into continuous operation lines. Constructed from high-grade forged stainless steel (CrNiMo 1.4404), it offers excellent corrosion resistance and cleanability, supported by its CIP and SIP capabilities. Simple maintenance is ensured through quick-access housing and adaptable mechanical seals, minimizing wear part inventory with just three seal sizes. The 3-A certified design and extensive documentation facilitate easy qualification, while the Adapta and L design options allow for easy integration and motor replacement, ensuring uninterrupted operational efficiency.
