The SR Series from IMA is a range of versatile, flexible machines designed for the filling and sealing of capsules on 4 and 6 lanes. These systems are equipped with mechanical stations moved by a camshaft system and feature a 15” touch-screen operator panel for easy monitoring. Coffee is dosed through an auger system driven by a Brushless motor, ensuring precise measurements. Additionally, the prearrangement for a nitrogen tunnel maintains product freshness. The SR Series handles various materials such as aluminium film, micro perforated, filter paper, triplex coupled, and PP lids. These machines are suitable for coffee, tea leaves, and any soluble product, making them versatile for diverse applications. They also support the use of compostable and recyclable materials, enhancing sustainability.
