The MCA Series by IMA is a versatile capsule filling and sealing system designed for efficient and accurate coffee production. These systems are available in configurations with up to 4 lanes, capable of handling up to 240 capsules per minute, depending on the model. The equipment includes a handling chain, input pick & place with heads, and a unique station for cutting and welding filters for both the bottom and top lids. It uses volumetric dosing screws with a weight accuracy of ± 0.2 g, ensuring precise dosing. Additionally, the MCA Series can handle compostable and recyclable materials, making it suitable for sustainable production. The modular design includes options for accessories like nitrogen injection devices, check-weighers, and vision systems, among others, allowing for customization based on production needs.
