The system applies a liquid gelatine ring onto the exterior surface of the capsule, ensuring a secure and visible seal. With an ergonomic layout for optimal visibility and accessibility, HERMETICA features two rollers with independent speed regulation for precise gelatine band application. The pre-drying unit ensures the gelatine band is securely fixed before the capsules are transferred to the drying box. Fast changeover times are achieved with double row capsules in both sealing and drying transport plates, reducing the number of pieces to change and clean. The system can be integrated with other IMA capsule filling machines, enabling seamless production workflows.
