The GEA V-Packer LC-Doser is designed for bulk packaging of long cut pasta. This system includes a weighing doser equipped with a single product feeding point, independent initial and final weight vibrating chutes, and strain-gauge loading cells. This allows for precise weight control in each package. The doser is combined with the GEA V-Packer machine, capable of packing bags in sizes of 3 kg, 5 kg, or 10 kg. It offers interchangeable hot bar sealing jaws and/or heat impulse sealing jaws, adaptable to different types of film. The jaws can also be customized to produce bags with or without handles, enhancing packaging options for consumer convenience. Operating at speeds of up to 20 bags per minute for 5 kg bags of spaghetti, the system ensures both efficiency and reliability. The GEA V-Packer LC-Doser is suitable for large-scale pasta production operations requiring precise and fast packaging solutions.
