It uses bulk storage bags as ingredient bins supported over the scale on removable rack frames. This method eliminates the need for manual lifting of 50- and 100-pound paper bags, significantly reducing labor intensity and minimizing the risk of human error. The system can handle between 2 to 6 bulk bags at a time with an average draw weight ranging from 1 to 10 pounds. Bin capacities are available in 6, 8, and 12 cubic feet or 50 cubic foot bags. The scale display resolution ranges between 0.1 to 0.5 pounds, ensuring precise measurement based on the operating environment. Optional features like refill bin lids, bin level sensors, and dust collection hoods further enhance efficiency and cleanliness during operation.
