Its unique software performs, controls, and documents the entire process, ensuring consistent quality. The system includes a 1000-liter tank and can be extended with a 2000-liter tank for higher quantities. Tanks for pre-cooling water reduce cooling time and maintain standardized water temperatures for mixing. Multiple storage tanks allow for successive mixing of diverse brines, maintained at recipe-specific temperatures with interval mixing times. The control unit features a 10-inch touch panel for both automatic and manual operation, optimizing mixing and cooling according to specified recipes. Optional features include agitators for continuous mixing and shear pumps for efficient blending of difficult brines.
