The Accuveyor 90° Bottomless by Accutek is a solution designed to turn production lines 90° while allowing for bottom coding during the same operation. It features variable speeds and matched frequency gripper belts to securely capture containers and transfer them between conveyors. The 36-inch long side gripper belts provide easy access to the bottom of the container for inkjet or laser coding. The direct drive motors, with no transmissions or gears, minimize maintenance, while the brushless AC motors ensure consistent belt speeds for straight and legible codes. The gripper belts are independently adjustable, accommodating containers from 1mm to over 8 inches in diameter.
