Blow/fill/seal packaging system for sterile liquid products
Streamline your liquid product manufacturing with high-speed forming, filling, and sealing in one continuous, servo-controlled operation for optimal sterility and efficiency.

Forms, Fills, and Seals Sterile Liquid Containers
The ASEP-TECH® Model 628 from Weiler Engineering is an all-electric, servo motor-controlled blow/fill/seal packaging machine designed to streamline the production of sterile liquid products. Its lower, stepped-base design facilitates easy maintenance and rapid changeovers. Ideal for pharmaceutical, ophthalmic, and nutraceutical industries, it efficiently forms, fills, and seals containers for products such as sterile water for injection, dextrose and saline infusion solutions, artificial tears, and vitamin D supplements. The Model 628 offers a processing capacity of up to 9,000 containers per hour, depending on design and product characteristics, using LDPE resin and aqueous solutions. It integrates seamlessly into production lines with continuous operations and is compatible with existing Model 624 tooling. Customization is available based on a customer’s specific User Requirements Specification (URS), and the machine meets industry standards for sterile packaging, providing reliable, contamination-free solutions.
