The system starts by aligning biscuits in regular rows using a row distribution system that feeds two primary flow pack wrappers. These biscuits are stacked, separated via a multibelt system, and flow-packed before being stored in carton boxes transported from the upper floor. Additionally, the solution incorporates box case erectors that form boxes from sheets and supply them to the lower plant. Lifts and descenders manage the movement of boxes between floors, ensuring efficient handling of both empty and filled boxes. The filled boxes are automatically closed and delivered to the finished product area through conveyor belts and a descent spiral.
