Batch mix preparation system for ice cream

In industrial ice cream production, achieving consistent texture and flavor while scaling up production can present challenges. Precise mixing, homogenization, and temperature control are essential to maintain product quality and meet capacity demands.

Ensures consistent mix quality and efficient production

The Mixplant Batch from Catta 27 is designed to service ice cream production with capacities ranging from 300 to 1200 liters per hour. It features a dual-vat cooking area with powerful agitators, a versatile homogenizer (single or double stage), and efficient cooling plates. This system allows producers to enhance both throughput and product quality. The device ensures that mixtures are homogeneous and at precise temperatures, critical for the final ice cream texture and taste. Optional features include a second-stage homogenization option capable of pressures up to 250 bar, enabling flexibility in handling various ice cream mixes. Designed on a single compact platform, it helps optimize floor space in production facilities.

Benefits

  • Scalable production with multiple capacity ranges
  • Homogeneous mixing ensures consistent quality
  • Efficient cooling for precise temperature control
  • Optional high-pressure homogenization for diverse products
  • Compact design minimizes footprint in production areas
