The MV545 by Marchesini Group – Beauty is an automatic intermittent motion rotary system designed for the efficient filling and capping of glass or plastic jars with creams, gels, or liquid products. It features a star-wheel mechanism to transfer and position jars into various stations. The system includes a touch-screen control panel for easy management, along with self-diagnosis and help functions. The brushless capping station incorporates integrated torque control, and there’s a pick-and-place feature for under-cap plug feeding and positioning. This system also supports welding or pouching for under-cap liner sealing, and can handle both manual and automatic feeding of jars, plugs, and caps. The MV545 can work with jar diameters from 35 mm to 85 mm, with an optional extension to 100 mm, and it handles filling ranges from 3 ml to 250 ml, with an optional extension up to 500 ml. The output capacity is up to 65 jars per minute.
